When these Terms refer to “we”, “NEXT LIT”, “the store” or “the seller”, they refer to IMAGINE ART Ltd.
When we refer to “you”, “user” or “customer”, we mean any person who uses the website or places an order through it.
By using the website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Acceptance of these Terms is necessary for us to process and deliver your order.

browse products and their characteristics;
create an account;
order products with registration or as a guest;
pay using the payment methods supported by the website;
receive information about new products, promotions and services;
track your order history if you have an account.
Website – the online store thenextlit.com.
Order – an electronic request submitted by the customer to purchase one or more products.
Account – a personal user account created on the website with an email and password.
Product – any item offered for sale on the website.
Distance Contract – a sales contract concluded online between the customer and NEXT LIT without the physical presence of the parties.
Custom Order – a product created according to specific instructions, design, scent, text or other personalization requested by the customer.
You can place an order:
by registering an account; or
as a guest.
When registering, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. If your details change, you should update them.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all actions performed through your account.
The purchase contract is considered concluded when you receive an order confirmation from us by email.
Adding a product to the cart or submitting an order does not automatically mean that a contract has been concluded.
We reserve the right not to confirm an order if:
the product or materials required for it are not available;
there is an obvious technical error in the price or information;
there is suspicion of incorrect or incomplete information;
we have reason to believe the order was submitted in bad faith.
If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and, if payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded.
All prices on the website are listed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery costs are calculated separately and shown before the order is finalized.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. For orders within Bulgaria, cash on delivery may also be available where indicated on the website.
For payment methods other than cash on delivery, order processing begins after payment is received.
Most NEXT LIT products are made after an order is placed.
Typical preparation times are:
catalog products: 3–5 business days;
custom orders: up to 10 business days;
during promotions or high demand, preparation times may be longer.
Delivery within Bulgaria usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. International delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
NEXT LIT is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal operators, customs checks, force majeure events or other external factors.
Customers must provide accurate address, phone and email details. If the information is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues.
Upon receiving the order, the customer should inspect the shipment.
For deliveries within Bulgaria, we recommend checking the parcel in the presence of the courier, especially if the shipment allows inspection before acceptance.
If visible transport damage is found, an official report should be prepared with the courier and you should contact us as soon as possible.
If you are a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period via:
email;
the return form on the website;
another clear written method.
You must then return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
We will refund the amount received within 30 days after the product has been returned and after verifying that its commercial appearance has not been altered.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed or if the reason for the return is our mistake.
Refunds will be made as follows:
• Payments made by debit or credit card – refunded to the same account used for payment.
• Payments made by cash on delivery – refunded to a bank account provided by the customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
products made to order or personalized for a specific customer;
sealed goods that cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene or health reasons, where applicable;
other cases provided by law.
If you receive the wrong product, a defective product or a damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thenextlit.com.
If the complaint is valid, we will offer an appropriate solution depending on the case:
replacement;
repair where applicable;
refund;
another legally permitted solution.
You will need to provide sufficient information about the order – such as the order number, email, photos and a description of the problem – and keep the receipt you received with the purchase.
For personalized and custom-made products:
production times may be longer;
prepayment may be required;
changes may not be possible after confirmation and production has started;
the right of withdrawal generally does not apply to products made according to your specifications.
All texts, images, graphics, design elements, logos, photographs, product descriptions and other content on the website are the property of NEXT LIT / IMAGINE ART Ltd. or are used under a valid license.
Copying, using or distributing this content without prior written consent is not permitted.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and our Privacy Policy.
The use of cookies is governed by our Cookie Policy.
Subscription to newsletters and marketing messages is done only on a proper legal basis and can be cancelled at any time.
NEXT LIT is not responsible for:
temporary unavailability of the website;
technical issues beyond our control;
delays caused by couriers, postal operators or third parties;
force majeure circumstances.
This does not limit the rights of consumers under applicable law.
